Our HUMACLEANSE colon cleanser will get it all cleaned out AND it's easy to take. It's a total of 9 capsules taken each day. It can be taken in 2 or 3 doses. It's all in one capsules - no additional products to take - and it's only taken for 30 days. I really don't know anything about Dr. Schultz's products.

The epsom salts/olive oil/grapefriut juice is my personal favorite and is really not that tough on the body (or the pocketbook) to do. His colon will be in good shape after the colon cleanse and his body should be able to handle the liver flush at that point with no problems.
