I forgot in my first post to mention the most important bad thing that I do. I am a smoker. I read somewhere here that if you fast while smoking that the cigarettes will start to taste bad. I hope this is true because I really want to drop that nasty habit. Anyone had any experience with cigarettes tasting bad enough to quit while fasting? If that is the case I think if they started tasting bad enough for me to quit while I'm fasting I wouldn't ever start smoking again.
