hi again. ok so i have been reading some posts and some people are talking about adding herbs to the bath and then getting out and having to wrap in an ice cold sheet?!?! do you have to do either? i cold sheet after or just normal towel? i am not seeing anything as you metioned, flakes etc so i am afraid i am doing it wrong, how long do you have to lay after. thanks!
