ajgasper is right a lot of people over the years had stopped drinking water after 2 pm. You followed the rules of Hulda Clark so you did not do anything wrong, but here on the forum we have found out to follow Andreas Moritz suggestions to keep drinking water up till 20 min before the ES and then again 20 min after.
Most people have solved the nausea etc with doing this.
