Hi Just use 5 drops of activator with every drop of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement allow to set for 3 minutes then add 4 or more ounces of water and drink. Start out with 1 drop Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and 5 drops citric acid or lemon increase dose strength slowly over many weeks. This protocol has worked well for me.
