I agree, this problem is 100% gaurenteed due to some kind of internal imbalance.

A genetic skin problem.. lol, years of med school and thats the diagnosis ;D

One thing about candida is that at this point I have it under control yet my lips still peel. I don't know how accurate the candida spit test is but it has been coming up clean.
