about organs of elimination and congestion. It is my skin itself the largest organ of elimination... it's congested. I don't sweat anymore like I used to. I feel much better when I go to the sauna. Also my friend suggested breathwork to release more toxins thru the breath and give my skin a break!
this also makes me think to work more lung points in my acu tx's
