Your reaction is very typical in a congested system. It is essential to get good flow first before using parasite herbs. Yours is a classic example.

If I were you I would go on a very cleansing diet, begin systemic and digestive herbs and also begin a series of colonics. For upper gi I would use Kelley's mentioned Pepsin Okra E3. Once you have maiontained good flow (lighter feeling) then look at proper liver flushing....then if need be, do the herb dance.
