Detoxified Iodine

It can be used but not with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement as its effects is similar to vitamin C.You must wait 3-4 hres..after or before taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement

You can apply detoxified Iodine directly to the skin;waith 30 mins -1hr(or until all of the Iodine traces are absorbed in your skin) then use DMSO + Oxysilver +Indigo Water..

The Iodine is usually taken in the morning only=past 3:00-4:00PM you will have insomnia as you will be too"energized"...


Hint-do not used Indigo Water past 4:00 PM as well if you want to sleep,that is...
