I have a big suc*** on my lower back which is causing me a lot of pain now, it's about the size of a 1/2 dollar.. maybe even bigger. I went to stab through it with a big needle but couldn't seem to bust through the sack. Is the sac much harder to bust through than the first few layers of skin? I know that I can get it infected and all that, so I'm careful, and yes I know it's risky but I'm going to do this so I'm hoping someone can give me some pointers on how to get through. I'll have my wife help out so I'm not doing this all myself. Thank you.
