I'm no expert but have you tried a liver/gallbladder flush? A lot of folks with similar symptoms are having gallbladder and liver congestion which usually causes referred pain in other areas. It can feel like chest/heart pain. To see if it helps you can take a couple of tablespoons of Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) in 8oz of water. Mix until dissolved and maybe add a little juice to make it palatable. If you get releif a little while after drinking it chances are it's liver/gallbaldder related. Magnesium is a laxative so be at home when you try it. When I get pain similar to yours I know it's time for a flush. It has never failed me. Most of us are magnesium deficient anyway. Try it and see if it helps.
