A Three Day Apple Fast (raw apples) should be ideal!

I have yet to get a colonic-- and have never done an enema. What helps me is all raw fruits and veggies with plenty of fluids (8 16 oz. glasses) throughout the day.

Also Cascara Sagrada Herb really helps when I take two capsules at night with fluids.

Senna also has helped, but I reserve that for when I have my Period and reallly constipated due to hormonal fluctuations at that time.
