Thanks so much for the reply. So, it is normal to have what looks to me like little pieces of rice crawling around. That is good to know, because I actually never thought about that being a die-off reaction. I appreciate the suggestions for help and I will get some tomorrow when I'm back in town again. Thanks for a great product and the necessary information to make it work even better for your customers! This customer certainly appreciates your extra effort. I will keep you posted on any changes.
