Fastest thing that ever travelled through my system was this special cocktail, something like twenty minutes ! Don't know how it works but its extremely effective for clearing mucous. Take three or four dried figs, a cup of warm water and a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses. you can add some lemon juice as well if you like. put it all in a blender or smoothie machine and grind it up but not so its too smooth then down it quickly. ( it taste really nice too ). Having said that I had been fasting on just raw carrots before I took it. But was amazed how quickly it rematerialised.....
