Hi, I think it's die-off too. The herbs in HumaWorm are probably really killing off alot of worm nests inside of you!

If I were you, I'd do some extra basic colon cleanses, and drink alot of fluids in between the day whenever you do parasite cleansing.-- to help wash out these toxins into your bowel movements/urine -- so not as much of them will exit the skin (creating the die-off rashes, etc)
