In hindsight I think I must have doubled my 15 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement - accidently!
15 drops is 1/4 teaspoon, so I then add 1/4 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon of citric acid .
On this occasion, I think I put in 2 lots of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement ie 2 lots of 1/4 teaspoon or 30 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and 1 1/4 teaspoons of citric acid - accidently.
Its day 2 and my urine is still dark-I'm drinking as much water as I possibly can.
