Hey:), it still wont let me write back to anyone for some reason:(. I will give it a good read over though and see what i think just scanned it.

Anyway thought id update on my progress abit, cayenne has been causing real die-off.

But been trying betaine HCL/pepsin the past few days and my tongue is back totally pink at time. This would go hand in hand with the not digesting protein/fats and mineral deficiencies.

Going to keep working up as the die-off is immense on both plus the BM's.
