Wouldn't it be better to correct the deficiencies in the body so that it works properly and healing can take place, without the need of TRICKS!!!

I am tired of tricks and gimmicks, I want life to be simple. Besides I have tried most of the tricks & gimmicks pushed here on cz and guess what they don't work, at least not for long...

I have a challenge for you (iodine junkies) stop all the crap you are doing-the iodine, salt water pushes, enemas, oil pulling, the supporting iodine supps-selenium & the others, distilled water and eat some real food...ya know carbs and protein try that too!

I bet that in a months time you will become less paranoid and may even learn to relax a bit and enjoy life instead of allowing conspiracy to be your driving force.
