I have heard the best air is air which has been pulled through a Camel no filter cigarette. I guess there is something about the fire at the end of the cigarette which helps to burn away all the toxins in the air as it passes into the cigarette. Also, as the air is being pulled through the cigarette, it passes though the tobacco, which is of course a natural product and helps to cleanse the air, then also the lungs will become stronger since they have to exercise to pull the air through the cigarette.
