Start with 1 drop of mms to 5 drops of citric acid (or fresh squezed lemon or lime juice) stir and wait 3 minutes add to this purified water or any juice that does not have any added vitimin C. Natural vitimin C is of. You should take this after a meal and twice per day. Every day increase the dose by 1 drop until you reach 15 drops twice per day. Keep in mind to add 5 drops of citric acid to each drop of the mms soluction. So, 10 drops of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement + 50 drops citric acid .
Once you get to 15 drops twice a day, stay on it for 2 weeks and then drop to a maintenance does of 10 drops twice daily.
This will probalby make you nausace and diareah, it so drop back by 1 drop. So in reality it may take you 3 -4 weeks to reach 15 drops per day depending on how your system handels it.
If it makes you sick, its doing its job, by flushing toxins from your body.

there are other protocals you can add to the mms, like dmso or even molecula silver.
