My taurine powder came today at my house and I am going to starting taking 2000mg dosage one time a day. I will keep those interested posted on my progress. I stopped all other supplements and only will be taking fish oil, mag chloride oil, multacidophilus powder, and B-50 and multvitamin which has selenium, zinc, biotin,etc.
I stopped Lugols because it made me itchy so I had to let that go (sad face) but on a good note I read on the interent that my thryoid, adrenal exhaustion, gut all link to my liver and poor flora.

this will be my last testimony and if this doesnt work within two months, then I will look into Dr. charlie liver tonic but in the mean time i will taking what's above only
