DR. Charlie, I just made some vervain extract/tincture for parasites etc. I dont have the slightest clue of how many drops to take a day. I tried making a tea out of it but YUCK! I cant stand the aftertaste. I know its also good for my lungs as I just got over Bronchitis and stopped smoking April 8th. Unfortunitly I didnt use everclear for my extract. I was suppose to use at least 100% proof vodka but they only had the 80% proof. I didnt add any water. So do you know how many drops I should take? Thank you!
