Try telling that to Paul & Patricia Bragg.
Paul used only distilled water for drinking for the whole of his life, and he lived to be a very active and healthy 96 years of age, before he met his demise in a surfing accident!!!

Anyone can argue the merits or otherwise of distilled water for drinking purposes, but has anyone bettered this achievement?
