Paul Bragg lived to be a very active and extremely healthy 96 years, and only met his demise by accident.
He swore by and lived on distilled water, whether fasting or eating. All Natural Hygienists use distilled water in the fast, and have received no adverse effects from it.

Our bodies are approx' 70% water: H20........One part Hydrogen, and two parts Oxygen. Nothing more & nothing less. That is it, pure & simple.

You can take your choice, but guess who is going to live the longest?
