I think that distilled water has its time and purpose. plzchuckle distilling water and then adding sea salt to it is most likely very beneficial for some.
Restructuring the distilled water by letting it sit in the air\sun for a few days in glass jars is most likely beneficial as well. Check out some of trapper's older posts on his methods for restructuring distilled water, which includes adding a pinch of salt at times. if a natural flowing movement could be added to this for the water, I suspect it would be even better...
If one is to do ONLY distilled, I think that some of the methods that trapper uses to restructure the water is a great idea.
