Thanks I figure it would also be something wayyyyy deeper since I do have severe stress issues. I stress over the smallest things and have minor dyspnea. I would be driving and if I see a car maybe alittle too close behind me I would start having irregular breathing or if I have a test for school, I would stress alot....I mean ALOT. one of my previous professor happen to pull me to side one day in class and ordered me to get some rest and take some b vitamins and said I stress too much and need to let go.

I do have some fear issues HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT?? ....lol I always am so cautious and I wish i could be more of a risk taker or someone who doesnt mind taking chances....you know ..... a CARE-FREE life. I didnt really stress over boyfriends but they did play a small % .
