I was pretty lost, too, 8 months ago when I came on here. Everything was just so confusing. I stayed with Doc Sutter because, if I did what he recommended, I got results. I got a lot of good help plus a lot of understanding from Doc because he knows what the awful pain and sickness is all about. He got his health back after having terminal liver cancer and put this Natural Healing Paradigm program together.
I got a lot of good help from others here, too.
It takes a few good flushes to start feeling a little better. It happens gradually.
With every productive flush that I did following the coke flush recipie, I felt a little better. It didn't take long to get away from the awful pain, but I had to keep going to flush out all the stones and bugs in my liver and intestines. I used Barefoot LBB and mostly Dr. Schulze #2 bowel cleanser. The Barefoot stuff is good to take the stuff off the colon walls, keep the bowels regular, re-establish normal peristalsis in the colon. Getting the junk off the colon walls helps the body to absorb nutrients from food, especially calcium that, along with doing the oliver oil at night every day, helps to bring the body's pH back to normal on the alkaline side. Sickness is acidosis. Those with diarrhea mostly do the #2 Schulze formula, only, that sweeps the junk of the colon walls where the bug eggs like to hide. His #1 formula is for those who have constipation problems.
Please understand that the liver will recongest after a flush. That will make you feel bloated. I did another flush after a little while, when that happened. With each flush the bloating will stay away a little longer. It was hard in the beginning, but it happens.
