Good morning! Thank you for your order. You can keep taking the paranil and the tea until your HUMAWORM arrives. When you start taking HUMAWORM, stop the paranil and the tea - only take the powder. The most effective dosing for you will be: 2 HUMAWORM capsules in the morning 30 minutes before you eat - wait several hours before taking the powder - this will allow the HUMAWORM to get into your bloodstream and organs. In this manner, the psyllium can then bind to the parasites and toxins to remove them. I think you take a pm dose of the powder. Wait until bedtime to take that last dose of psyllium.
