I just started oil pulling yesterday.
I'm using organic sunflower oil.
I've gotten a headache after every pull!
I pulled twice yesterday and once this morning.
Do you think the headaches are from pulling? Maybe it's from using facial muscles that aren't used to the 'workout' or what?

But my teeth already look whiter!
