Thank you for the response. The Vitamin E pills I am using have the following ingredients:
Vitamin E (as d-alpha Tocopherol)
Other ingredients: Soybean oil, Geletin, Glycerin

(GNC natural Vitamin E with mixed tocopherois. includes d-alpha, gamma and delta tocopherols)

I felt really good yesterday with only 2 trips to the restroom (have been averaging between 7-10 before beginning this procedure) and no blood. Cramping has almost ceased which I have had for 6 straight months. I started using plain yogurt with stevia (natuaral sweetener) instead of Sugar this morning to suppliment my diet

I will be going on a long trip starting thi weekend and plan to stick as close as I can to this diet as it is definately helping.
