I got a Neti a while back and tried it but I didn't get rid of much mucus for some reason. My sister did (but not with UT) and got a lot of benefit from her allergies.

I drank some pee through the nose. I hold one nostril closed and just tip my head back a little, and it runs into my nose. I guess there are many ways to do UT.

UT is a fine therapy. It's done a lot for my chronic anxiety.
