Im glad you mentioned your cycle must be hormone related or at least hormones are off id imagine.

Ive tried the diet numerous times being very strict but found it caused more trouble for me. Infact i inherited a good few deficiencys because of trying it so now i just follow a healthy diet, i include alot of fruit and veg but have been going through heart problems etc so thats why i include so many fruit etc.
