Hi amethystrse,

Are you a single mom or do you have a partner? Maybe you could start of with a fast of a couple of days. That way you could stay on your medication. Do you have anyone to look after your child/children for a couple of days just to help you out?

I'm sure somebody here who is more experienced will be able to advise you!
