I agree with Neomi about the good bile flow = cured of parasites, so I am totally doing the liver flush, especially after your detailed message on it

however I intend to use Clarkia , garlic, the pineapple Tapeworm cleanse, and also pumpkin seeds. I saw a long thread in which some people said that you have to eat the seeds raw and unshelled, while others said it didn't matter, and worked either way.

Who has had results positively that they could link specifically to the pumpkin seeds, and did you use shelled/unshelled, raw or toasted?
