Fonty.....I also agree with Chris. I have been reading the posts here for months and the knowledge and insights I have gained from you and Chris have been immeasurable. I have had a lot of health issues resolved and have grown spiritually from the fasts I have completed so far. My experience has been that when I mention fasting to anyone they immediately start telling you that you will end up harming yourself or worse. I have learned to keep it to myself and avoid talking about why I am not eating. My last fast was for 18 days and I never would have been secure enough to make it without the info and advice that I have obtained from your posts. Thank you both for taking the time to share with everyone.
