I know that most people don't have enough acid, but how doyou know if you are one of the others who really have too much? Would having worse symptoms after having digestive enzymes and umeboshi plums, and apple cider vinegar be a sign of too much acid? Or does a PH of 6.2 indicate not enough? Thank you for any help.
