RAW DIET, RAW DIET, RAW DIET! i HAD this before and i am cured, take yogurt drain the whey add ground flax seed with a little banana. Had a smoothie for breakfast, one large salad a day and nothing cooked. This is a Colon Cleanse and within two weeks you will be fine.
