yeah, I think you can also get the SAM-E with 5-htp in it....
I didn't have any adverse affects - and if it reduced sexual drive I didn't notice (although I wouldn't since I'm not active).
I actually use it for anxiety and panic attacks rather than just for Depression and I've had great results.
