This link is to a very high quality of neem oil that is made for internal and external use. Do not buy a neem oil that is concentrated for external skin conditions and try to use it internally! If the bottle makes no mention of oral use do not take it! Use the link above and buy the 1oz neem oil bottle. Start with 1 small eye dropper in an empty capsule purchased from a health food store. Work your way up to 3. I made the mistake of trying 3 other brands to save money and did not feel good so I do not vouch for any but the one linked above. I am just a user like you.
