This is a great response, comprehensive, and obviously complex, as is the nature of the body. I have briefly skimmed the link you provided for now and will have a better read later. I agree with the synergy of all elements working together, and that single nutrients don't necessarily fix single imbalances.

Recently I have just done a Gastric-Test, and discovered my stomach ph is really high at ph7 indicating achlorhydria. Im only 32. I will have to do more tests, with and without different types of provocation to be sure, but recently I have been taking 2g and more of betaine hydrochloric acid 10 minutes before food, and I don't feel any burning sensation, and seem to be getting more energy recently.
