Good diet alone does NOT(or, may not) correct the innumerable variances that may have caused people to have get into their states of ill-health. There are WAY too many variables, these days. from chemical toxins to fvcked up relationships.

But I stand behind my original post that ML's basic message is good, maybe the BEST to be found on CZ as far as DIET goes.

Common sense. or, we can listen to fruitarian messages from non-fruitarians.

And, buy some herbs to go along with the "eat fruit" protocol.....
