Having lived in an emotionally/mentally abusive marriage for 16 years Mia, prior to now having been married to a man for 8 years that has compassion and understanding in what I've been going through in a major healing process, I have to disagree with you.
Guess if a person hasn't been through it themselves they truly wouldn't understand what I was saying.
My point was coming to my own acceptance of giving myself whatever amount of time, and rest is needed TO get through the healing process...
