Yes, I agree with you again plzchuckle,

BUT, even the best alkaline-forming diet in the World of raw fruits and vegetables cannot compensate for poor and inefficient digestion brought on by wrong living habits; which in turn leads to enervation (or lowered nerve energy) resulting in metabolic toxemia, and therefore a diseased state.
There is a great deal of truth in both statements, where one complements the other.
