I strain my gfj, so esplain it to me Lucy!  I use ruby red grapefruits, and I've never seen anything that color in a flush.

I knocked gallstones out of my liver when I fell from 8' ... no gfj, no evoo ... they looked PRECISELY like stones that come out when I flush.

I passed HUGE black ones that looked exactly like the ones a surgeon removed from my mama in gallbladder surgery.  Reckon they use gfj and evoo in surgical suites and just aren't telling us the truth?

I went stone free the first time in March or Apr last year.  I switched to a hot lemonade flush.  There were NO stones for months and months.  In Nov, I was aware of stones moving down from deep inside my liver.  Next flush, sure enough, there they were.  No gfj ... juice of one lemon instead ... 1T of evoo instead of a 1/2 c .. that couldn't possibly have made 5 or 6 stones the sizes of the ones I passed ... P E R I O D.
