the lawsuits are directed at the BANKS deep pockets that aided and abeted ken lay in his enron scam, the banks FAILED to use due dillgence and were as corrupt as lay and shilling et al in complicity and cover up of one of the biggest financial frauds of the century.
ken lays estate is 7 homes and a few condos, 3 of which he had to mortgage to pay for his bail bond and defense trial attys, his wife claimed she was having yard sales to raise money to pay her bills. Lets see what the deep pocket crooked BANKS say in thier defense trials.
Reminds me of the failed bank in 2000 owned by pritzker. pritzker hired corrupt managers to run his bank and the bank failed and was shut down in 2000.
Someone should also investigate the head of banks and real estate in chicago, those crooks are running mortgages frauds and bankruptcies thru the roof in Illinois and nearby states with 'fraudulent appraisals' and fraudulent predatory lending practices.
Time...it takes time to expose and depose the white collar frauds because they are sneaky, they cover thier tracks, they try to bribe and corrupt judges, no can do that anymore,judges WANT thier pensions intact and do NOT want to spend thier judicial retirements in federal pens, still the white collar financial frauds all use paper shredders and run thier dirty loans, paper thru non regular channels and they hide thier dirty work from the banking commission and bank examiners.
Not for long.... what is hidden will be exposed, what is done in the dark will be brought to light.
