I currently take apple cider vinegar and I don't believe it has been harmful to me or has promoted Candida in any way.

Paul Bragg heavily endorses ACV and I'd be inclined to believe him since he has 70 more years and 70 000 more patients experence more than me. He actually has an entire book dedicated to the supplement. I know that many people have been helped on this supplement alone, although to what extent I don't know. If you'd like to know more about ACV, maybe purchase this book.

I'm not sure this is a "cure all" for Candida (I'd take oregano oil made by Barefoot herbalist if I had to use a single supplement), but good nutritional support can't hurt and it balanced the PH for your kidneys.
