The liver flush takes the pressure OFF the kidneys, helps the kidneys immeasurably. When the liver is congested is when the kidneys get involved because they have to pick up the load from the liver being congested. Therefore to decongest the liver helps the kidneys and again is NOT hard on the Kidneys.

You might want to back off on the flushes and go with Charlies liver tonic and see how it goes.
