Hi, i have been taking EM for about 4 days now, every evening before bed, and the next day my legs ache too and i feel sleepy during the day, moreso than i used to before taking the EM.
I thought it was perhaps because the EM is a strong probiotic and i was getting die-off, but now i'm not so sure. I also have leaky gut.
I shall check my PH, do you check your urine PH?
