From my research and experience magnesium chloride and taurate are said to be the most absorbable for the body. The reason I read was because the others will push things thru the body and does not give the body enough time to absorb them. Also when I went to my CRA I tested no for magnesium citrate. I tested yes for magnesium taurate and magnesium chloride. So I would only recommend those two.
