I absolutely believe that the drugs I take are dangerous or cause side effects that doctors won't or can't admit to. The problem is, I need these anxiety drugs, or I would literally go off the edge. I understand that the main theme here is diet, and honestly, this is the first I have heard anywhere that diet can change anxiety enough to get off these meds. But first, I guess I need to find a Naturopath, as Luella suggests. I have a list of ones in my area, but don't know how to pinpoint who might be best for me. I really don't want to see 15 of them before I hit someone who might be able to help. Any tips for narrowing in on who might be a best fit for me? If I call and ask, as in my past experience, I will be told to just come in and discuss it. This trial and error could be very costly, both in money and my mental exhaustion/anxiety of a life dominated by finding another healer. I want to do it, I am just a bit lost as to how to proceed.
